Paul Walkinson har skrivit boken "IT Service Management From HELL ! - A guide to worst practice. En otroligt intresant person och föredraghållare. Han kommer under en timme på morgonkulan att hålla ett föredrag kring rubriken Från worst practice till best practice
Vi kommer även att genomföra en simulering me Apollo 13, vilket följer direkt efter frukostseminariet.
Vem är Paul Walkinson?
Paul has been actively involved in ITIL for more than 15 years. He was a project team leader for the original BITE (Business IT Excellence) ITIL process modeling initiative initiated by the CCTA (formerly OGC). Paul was co author of the ITIL publication “Planning to Implement ITIL”, and has been a quality reviewer on a number of ITIL publications. Paul is currently a member of the ITIL advisory group for ITIL Version 3.
Paul is also co-director and owner of GamingWorks, the company that developed the internationally renowned ‘Apollo 13 – an ITSM case experience’ ITIL simulation game. He was also co-author and cartoonist for the tSMF publication “IT Service management from Hell”. Paul is actively involved in the Netherlands itSMF program committee and serves on the editorial board for the Netherlands itSMF magazine. He is currently internationally active with promoting Apollo 13 and for delivering “worst practice’ ITIL presentations aimed at identifying both success and fail factors in implementing ITIL, based upon 15 years worth of implementation experience.
